Ark Kings is an all-through school for children aged 3 to 16, located in the heart of the Three Estates in Kings Norton. We are proud to serve our local community.
I was delighted to be appointed as Executive Principal of the all-through school in January 2022 after 3 and a half years leading the primary phase.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection in March 2024, judged all areas of Leadership and Management, Quality of Education, Personal Development, Behaviour and Attitudes and EYFS as GOOD and judging safeguarding as effective. We are very pleased with the recognition from Ofsted as Ark Kings Academy is a transformed school. We have been on an exceptional school improvement journey and are all determined to make our school the best it can be for our pupils and families.
My mission is simple: to create a school in which every child thrives, academically and socially. A school which raises aspirations and enables every child to succeed. A school which provides each child with the skills that they need to get the best jobs and attend the top universities.
We offer an exciting and aspirational all-through curriculum which is carefully planned to ensure that our students develop and grow their knowledge throughout their whole school career. This is supported by a wide range of enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities – extending our curriculum well beyond the classroom.
